Attorney Lacey Parham is recognized as the “prodigy” at Capovilla & Williams. She graduated from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville at the age of 21, finishing 3rd out of 144 students. After graduating, Lacey became a JAG Officer in the United States Air Force.

As an Area Defense Attorney, she achieved favorable outcomes for 92 percent of over 500 clients facing allegations of misconduct and ranked in the top 10% of military defense counsel nationwide. Lacey has managed numerous criminal and administrative allegations throughout her career. Today, she is dedicated to serving her military and Title IX clients worldwide. Her strong sense of justice, along with her skill, intelligence, and toughness, sets her apart from the competition.

Lacey has extensive experience as both a former prosecutor and defense attorney. She has served as lead counsel in over 200 criminal investigations, litigating dozens of felony trials. Lacey has managed discovery, motions practice, and has been the lead counsel in numerous administrative hearings.

She has successfully defended clients accused of various offenses, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking, retaliation, gender-based discrimination, and distribution of explicit content. Lacey is highly skilled, incredibly intelligent, tough as nails, and completely devoted to her mission and her clients.
